No. The Templ8r service principal needs read on the entities you'll generate from + create on annotation (so the doc lands on the timeline). System Administrator is the simplest path; you can scope down to a custom role.
Customer records stay in your Dataverse. Generated documents are stored in our Azure Blob (UK South), per-tenant path. Switch to ephemeral mode (Business+) and the bytes flow straight to the timeline annotation — nothing persists in our storage.
